Growing agile teams to deliver value and learn fast

Wai Ling Ko - HR.jpeg

My mission is to help product delivery teams be more effective at delivering value to customers.

I am an Agile leader, coach, Professional Scrum Trainer and a massive advocate of more diversity in the technology community.

As a Professional Scrum Trainer, I offer the Professional Scrum Master Training to provide people a solid foundation in product delivery using Scrum. In my training, I share my experiences as a Scrum Master of distributed and co-located product delivery teams across different industries in The Netherlands and Australia.

I lead and grow product delivery teams by creating environments where teams have clear purpose, understand context, deliver and feel safe to continuously reflect and adapt. I only succeed when our team effectively solves problems for our customers.

I regularly participate in meet-ups that support females in technology and volunteer in events whenever I can.
